Course 101 typically takes ~5 weeks to complete, but meetings can be adjusted based on your personal schedule. Just let us know what works for you!

Course 101 can be taken in a 1-on1, or group/class setting with friends. Each session is comprised of readings, supplemental videos/articles, and guided discussion. Before the meeting, you might spend time reviewing that week's content and resources.
Each chapter is designed to spark honest conversations, and create space to dialogue through your questions!
