Christian with a written salvation testimony (at least 1 pg)
Completed Course 101 or willing to be trained up to teach it
Faithful to regular gatherings for the past semester
Growing in regular spiritual disciplines

Openness in Communication: Be open and timely communicating with your mentor. If you are having a hard time or if you need help, let them know. If you have ministry questions, ask.
Teachable: Open to feedback, correction and can follow directions
Compliance: Fully cooperate if we need to remove you from your role for any reasons
Academic integrity: Minimum GPA of 2.5
